ANPATH GROUP, INC. REPORTS ON EPA STATE REGISTRATIONS OF ITS NEW DISINFECTANT/SANITIZER

MOORESVILLE, NC (October 9, 2007 Anpath Group Inc. (OTCBB: ANPG), provided an update today on its wholly-owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI) regarding recent progress registering its new disinfectant, EnviroTru™.

As a follow-up to its July 24, 2007 announcement, the Company stated today that EnviroTru™ is now registered in 48 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Registration in the remaining two states is expected soon. The Company announced earlier this year the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registration of EnviroTru™, a ready-to-use bactericide and sanitizer effective against numerous organisms including E Coli and Salmonella. As a sanitizer it kills greater than 99.9% of Staph and Klebsiella. EnviroTru™ also meets EPA requirements for Toxicity Category IV.
